Great Guidance

I am thankful to have had the guidance of Jennifer Raczkowski throughout my divorce. I first went to her because of the remarkable reputation she and the firm had among my Scottsdale and Phoenix friends. I do not live in Maricopa County and she advised me to seek counsel in Pima County. Getting a d...ivorce was a lonely experience, financial draining, and scary for me. I started having questions and doubts about the attorney I hired in Pima County and her professionalism. I needed to make sure that the legal advice I was receiving was the best advise to facilitate my divorce. I reached out to Jennifer through phone conferences and emails. Jennifer would always get back with me. She was professional each time and she gave me sound advise. When I got off the phone I always felt that someone, with legal knowledge, had time to listen to me. I would, without hesitation, recommend my Scottsdale and Phoenix friends to Jennifer Raczkowski at DeShon Laraye Pullen.

Super Guidance

Miserable experience

I called multiple times to arrange paying a retainer as I was already refered by lawers in another state. The all women cast seemed cold and dismissive on the phone. My case has several sensitive timeline issues that needed to be addressed, and I informed them that I was not interested in a "sale" co...nsultation. The Office staff refused to let me speak with Mrs Raczkowski unless I paid them an additional $200 "consultation fee" for her to sell me her services. If I paid them $200 Mrs Raczkowski would magically be available, but otherwise was too busy to speak. This type of money hungry attitude doent help develop a healthy client relationship and shows that the priority of Mrs Raczkowski is money, not your kids or your case.

I regret you did not have a positive experience with scheduling a consultation appointment with the firm. As we did not have a chance to personally speak, this matter does not sound familiar to me.
