Miserable experience

I called multiple times to arrange paying a retainer as I was already refered by lawers in another state. The all women cast seemed cold and dismissive on the phone. My case has several sensitive timeline issues that needed to be addressed, and I informed them that I was not interested in a "sale" co...nsultation. The Office staff refused to let me speak with Mrs Raczkowski unless I paid them an additional $200 "consultation fee" for her to sell me her services. If I paid them $200 Mrs Raczkowski would magically be available, but otherwise was too busy to speak. This type of money hungry attitude doent help develop a healthy client relationship and shows that the priority of Mrs Raczkowski is money, not your kids or your case.

I regret you did not have a positive experience with scheduling a consultation appointment with the firm. As we did not have a chance to personally speak, this matter does not sound familiar to me.
