Jennifer L Iseman

Jennifer Iseman was previously  a Partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippell LLP and a memebr of the firm's Litigation Department and Family Law Group, practicing in the firm's South Jersey office.  Ms. Iseman focused her practice in divorce, support and custody litigation and negotiated financial-based matrimonial settlements as well as child custody and parenting time agreements.  Ms. Iseman handled all aspects and stages of matrimonial litigation, including trials, emergent applications, plenary hearings, custody trials, domestic violence hearings, pre- and post-judgment applications, motions, early settlement panels, economic mediations, settlement conferences, case management conferences, and uncontested hearings. She also handled complex matrimonial matters, which involve the engagement of variety of experts, including forensic accountants, employability experts, real estate appraisers, and custody evaluators. In addition, Ms. Iseman assisted clients with the valuation and distribution of businesses, professional practices, and executive benefits, such as stock options and restricted stocks. Ms. Iseman also served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Burlington County, was a court-approved economic mediator, and volunteered for South Jersey Legal Services by providing advice appointments to victims of domestic violence.  Prior to joining Obermayer, Ms. Iseman was an attorney at the Law Office of Patricia Ronayne, Esquire, P.C.where she concentrated her practice in family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, domestic violence, expungements and divorce and family law.  Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Iseman served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John L. Call, Jr.  in the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington Vicinage.
