I cannot thank Attorney Jenna M. Fliszar enough for her legal expertise in my case, and the outcome that I received. I had hired her previously for a separate case (non DUI related) and was very happy about the outcome so I decided to hire her again for a DUI incident back in June of 2017. I was ve...ry concerned as it was my 4th lifetime DUI and due to my record history in general. She was very knowledgeable regarding Northampton Co., DUI cases, and was able to provide me with a favorable outcome, despite my background and current severity of charges with a high BAC level. I was faced with the possibility of receiving up to 9-16 months minimum incarceration in a state facility. The ADA was unwilling to budge. Not only was she able to assist in continuing the matter several instances, but she was able to get me immediate work release of 90 days, and she assisted in legally combating the negativity that was trying to be portrayed by the ADA against me. I was able to complete my treatment ahead of time and have been able to maintain employment, and I will be able to maintain employment with my sentencing of work release obligations. She has always been in communication with me regarding my case, any concerns, and updates in general. I was able to not only have her hear my concerns, my opinions on things, but she was always willing to give me options and provide me outcomes. Considering what I was up against and the matter of my case in general, I am thankful for her continual work on my case over the past year and few months. She has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am beyond grateful for the positive outcome and her professional abilities. I would definitely recommend her for legal defense and expertise with different counties, both in Lehigh and Northampton, with DUI and non DUI related charges. This case was about 6 months ago, sorry I didn’t review sooner. I was facing driving under DUI suspension, a second time. Driving with no insurance or registration. The worst, and definite time in jail. Jenna responded immediately to me personally, even while on vacation. Once I retained her (on... short notice mind you) - she explained bings thoroughly and put my mind at ease. We had a single meeting, and met at court. Her rapport with the Judge and police was definitely noticed, and ended with all charges being dropped. I paid $50 in court costs. I’m sorry this took so long Jenna, referring a friend reminded me. I owe you my livelihood and should of reviewed sooner. I’m happy to report I’m driving legally, insured and loving life!

We talked to quite a few dui attorneys for my boyfriend's case and Ms Fliszar said she was very experienced and would fight the case but when we went to court she just wanted my boyfriend to take the plea deal and said it was the best thing. We hired her to challenge the case and we told her that!...!!! I could understand if we just hired her to do a guilty plea from the beginning but we talked to a lot of lawyers and my boyfriend's case has a lot of problems with it. I know lawyers can't gurantee results but I thought if you tell them you want to fight it that they will. She just took our money and I don't know if she even did anything cause I only saw her talking to the DA for like a second. Plus I noticed she had the guilty plea papers in her hand that she gave my boyfriend to fill out when she first got to court so it seemed like she always intended that. we don't want anything for free but when you pay a lot and take a chance on someone younger you should get good service cause the lawyer is still trying to prove herself. I did't say all this to her when we were at court cause I didn't want it to affect my boyfriend's case.

Attorney Jenna Fliszar went above and beyond my expectations!!! After consulting at least 8 other local lawyers, all of which were shady and negative. I settled on Mrs. FLISZAR because from the start she was highly motivated, superbly educated, and most of all extremely positive!!!! If your searching... for a review written in depth by a "REAL" person, who has been involved criminally with the legal system, for many years...listen up. I got in a lot of trouble after my honorable discharge from active duty in the USMC. I am 35 now and was in trouble constantly during my mid 20s. Suffering from PTSD and addiction I have extensive knowledge of Lehigh and Northampton county lawyers...most of which are spread to thin to even handle minor summary offenses on their own, And 9 times out of 10 they will beg you to take a guilty plea, the same thing a public defender will do. You know when an attorney answers their office phone that means they are too cheap to hire a secretary and a paralegal to run the office. Attorney Fliszar has both a secretary and paralegal. I was looking at 60 days to a year in prison for driving to work on a suspended license(dui-related). Within minutes of consulting with me Jenna had a game plan and was very optimistic and reassuring to my fiance and I. We were so drained mentally and physically from the thought of me being locked up on Christmas, dealing with other lawyers, and our two young daughters finding out, possibly losing our house, and maybe my $30+ an hour job. Jenna put my mind at ease almost within minutes and was a breath of fresh air, after 15 calls to other halfass lawyers. She took my case even though I have alot of baggage and prior convictions. She didn't let that interfere with her strategy. I talked to some other lawyers (Chris shipman,John waldron,karoly,phil lauer,Alex karam)all of which told me they wanted ridiculous retainer fees $3000 then basically told me straight up that their not miracle workers and I should expect to do the time...WTF?...those guys are just about taking your money and paying for their brand new sports cars. The only reason I have the DUI is bc I payed Chris Shipman $3000 to defend me and I blew a 0.0 they never did a blood test and he told me to take a guilty plea....DO NOT ever hire him!!! JENNA FLISZAR is the most intelligent, down to earth, goal driven, honest, sincere, attorney I have had the pleasure to represent me and save my family and I from our criminal justice system which has become out of control and all about warehousing of people, drowning poor taxpayers into debt with costs and fines, and burdening the families of the convicted with outrageous costs of communication and commissary to help a loved one in the sytem. Jail is a billion dollar industry. Thanks to legit lawyers like Jenna who are affordable and straight forward about costs I was able to put this driving on a suspended License(DUI)related behind me. And give my family the wonderful Christmas they deserve...Jenna if I wasn't just a poor working man trying to feed his family I'd pay you even more.
