We have attempted to get our home loan remodified and hired top legal advocates per Jeffrey Lewiston and not only did they not get it done and they have had 14 months with no success, but I requested my money back because they did not keep even one promise made over the phone and refuse to refund us ...just keep calling once a month to pretend they are still trying. My bank refuses to remodify and told us so. That this is not something this company should have ever promised us and take thousands of our dollars and ruin our credit history so that we can't even refinance for another year.

They were able to bring down my interest rate from 8% down to 2.75% and saved me $900 dollars every month. I cant thank Mr. Lewiston enough for such an awesome job getting my modification through. My daughter is going of to college and with the savings my wife and I no longer have to worry about her ...tuition and her living expenses.

They were really great about handing Bank of America for me. I had tried and tried and tried with BofA for months and caught them in a series of lies. First they told me I didn't qualify and then they told me I did but only qualified for a TEMPORARY modification, but when I hired TLA to finally han...dle this for me, I got a PERMANENT modification AND a principal balance reduction!!!! Bank of America is a crook and a liar and I am sorry I ever did business with them! John @ ext. 6033 was very professional and explained everything to me in detail and was always there whenever I had a question. My processor was a little hard to understand but he still got the job done and that's all that really matters. I highly reccommend this service. Hopefully I won't need them again. :)
