They were really great about handing Bank of America for me. I had tried and tried and tried with BofA for months and caught them in a series of lies. First they told me I didn't qualify and then they told me I did but only qualified for a TEMPORARY modification, but when I hired TLA to finally han...dle this for me, I got a PERMANENT modification AND a principal balance reduction!!!! Bank of America is a crook and a liar and I am sorry I ever did business with them! John @ ext. 6033 was very professional and explained everything to me in detail and was always there whenever I had a question. My processor was a little hard to understand but he still got the job done and that's all that really matters. I highly reccommend this service. Hopefully I won't need them again. :)

they stopped my sale date, got me out of foreclosure, and modified my loan with my lender down to a 2.4% interest rate from 6.7%! this was even after bank of america denied me and told me i didn't qualify. john @ ext. 6033 was very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. very helpful. no...w i have a much lower payment, i'm current again, my late payments gone, and i'm now in a 30-yr fixed loan from the ARM i was in. without them, i think i would have lost my home. i am very thankful!
