Jeffrey W. Kreye

The primary focus of my practice consists of advising and counseling individuals and businesses on general business matters and relationships; including choice of entity and formation strategy, mergers and acquisitions, management concerns, buy-sell agreements, succession and withdrawal issues, contracting, employment matters, corporate governance and other corporate legal matters.

I also provide advice and counsel to non-proft organizations, private foundations, churches and other public charities on legal issues, tax exempt activity, employment concerns, contracting, governance and other matters.

I also represent both banks and borrowers in the negotiation, documentation and closing of commercial credit facilities as well as the forbearance and workout of troubled loans, and have represented banks in Industrial Revenue Bond financing transactions.

I also advise and counsel buyers, sellers and real estate developers in the negotiation, documentation and closing of commercial real estate sales, purchases, and Section 1031 exchanges, and represent landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of industrial, retail and office leases.

I have also recently expanded my practice to represent individuals in personal estate planning strategies and techniques and trust administration.
