I was online searching for reputable lawyers to assist me in a third degree retail fraud case that would've ended up as a misdemeanor on my record with potential jail time, when I came across Jeffrey Buehner. During the sentencing, he was able to knock off unnecessary recommendations and the Judge obliged to them. I was able to get the misdemeanor bumped down (reduced sentencing) to disorderly conduct which would've been very tough without a lawyer as good and seasoned as this one and his experience showed in the way he handled my case. The criminal record would have negatively impacted my prospective medical career. The very best part of it is...he got me a "delayed sentencing" they call it. Jeffrey Buehner is an outstanding attorney. Unlike others I have used in the past, his confidence and genuine concern for the best outcome really made the difference. Jeffrey Buehner represented my son for a violation of probation charge. My son has to do random drug testing and one of his tests ...came back positive for THC. Because my son has debilitating headaches he made a poor choice to try and self medicate and it really back fired on him.
