A+ + This is how it should be!

Jean listened intently and empathized with me. I felt comfortable discussing difficult and private feelings with her. At first, I was extremely stressed over how my estate would be left after I die, but now I have peace thanks to Jean. Compared to my dealings with other lawyers, Jean was kinder and ...gentler. I was treated as a valued person and not just a number. The time clock was not an issue, Jean really listened to me which made me feel more valued.
