I had a Capias Warrant out for my arrest since 2009. It came from a DUI I got back in 2008 and did not do the ASAP at all. Here we are at the end of June 2015. I contacted Swango Law 2wks before my court date. Chris was assigned to me and came up with a game plan after hearing my situation. We w...ent into the court room and pleaded No Contest to the charges (guilty). After this Chris made the case that the past is the past and we are in the present. The judge saw it the same way and dropped all charges. The judge went even further and dismissed the ASAP classes. 7yrs later everything is dropped. A huge thanks to this law firm.
