Jason Swango, is a waste of time! DO NOT CALL THIS POS!!! One of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had! Jason literally told me he would not represent me because he felt i spoke in a "rude/condescending tone, and it's my birthday, so I am not going to put up with it." GROW UP...!!

What a joke!

After 3 months, a $5000 bill and NOTHING done, I had to fire Mr. Swango. He didn't call the opposing attorney when they had scheduled calls and then billed me for them anyway. I guess he has to pay for his billboards along the interstate somehow but I would suggest you stay away from this joke of a...n attorney and find someone who will actually work on your case. If there was a 0 star rating, that's what he would have gotten - 1 star is pretty generous considering his quality of work - or lack thereof.

Lazy

Used him for DUI, friend used him for child support case. Totally unprepared. As soon a I paid him he's like take a plea. Made it seem like both of our cases were winnable. Then he didnt ev say thanks or shake my hand at the end of me getting screwed.

DUI Dismissed

Mr. Swango plead me not guilty - man, that prosecutor and officer didn't know what hit him - I interviewed with every single lawyer that is highly rated on this site - Not one of them had the confidence and experience of Swango. Furthermore, he has his own breath machine in the office - if you want ...top 1% attorney this is the guy!

My Best Choice

Jason Swango and his team are excellent at what they do. My case was complicated until I decided to hire them to represent me in Virginia. By far the best decision I made in regards to my case.
