Start-up Advice

I met with Mr. Voigt to discuss the nature of my start-up. We discussed everything from incorporation to operational analysis to cash flow analysis. He was objective, and provided sound, common sense based advice. I will return to Mr. Voigt so that he can provide me the legal services I need for my ...business.

Jim Voigt is a Great Advocate for Small Businesses

Jim has helped me with issues impacting my small business for a number of years. What I appreciate the most is that he always takes time to explain options and review plans before asking me to commit to anything. Once we have something in place, he is very prompt with follow through and manages timel...y issues without needing me to prompt him. He understands the business operator and his counsel often provides guidance to make sound decisions in advance of problems ever coming up. He keeps his finger on the pulse of new legislation and always explains things in a very clear and concise manner. I have enjoyed all of my interaction with Jim and consider him a trusted contributor to my success.

Always objective yet human

I met Jim in a networking group and was immediately impressed! I asked him to take over the legal side of my business and he was very responsive. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, and has a way of providing sound legal advice while still recognizing that there's a 'human' aspect to eve...rything! I had a situation where a client was threatening me and my business and he guided me through the formal steps in protecting myself in such a way that it kept me focused on the issue and not the personal aspect of the problem. After one letter from Jim, my problem went away! I also required his assistance with another personal matter and again, sound advice was provided (after hours even) at a reasonable cost! I would recommend Jim to anyone and everyone! He's not your typical attorney in any way! I will not use anyone else unless Jim tells me he can't help me (which he would in a heartbeat!)
