Biography
Born and raised in Connecticut, moved to CA in 1979, became lawyer in 1990, and started preparing tax returns and resolving tax controversies for clients in 1993. I find that helping people with IRS problems is very satisfying, due to the complexity of the tax laws and the inordinate volume of misinformation about settlement that is heard on radio and television. I have clients locally and out of state in such places as Connecticut, North Carolina, Arizona and Nevada. Makes no difference where you are, I can prepare your returns and represent you before the IRS.
