Excellent
I found Jim to be very trustworthy and very personable. He always kept in touch and answered all my calls. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He kept my spirits up when I thought there was no hope.

BEST MONEY I HAVE SPENT IN ALONG TIME
My last employer was fighting my unemployment insurance, Jim spoke to me as a peer not as a client. Jim did everything he said and understood the unemployment laws like the back of his hand. I would of paid double for his help if I could of afforded it.
