I contacted Mr. Abrams regarding unemployment insurance eligibility questions. It was quite complicated. Mr. Abrams promptly responded to my inquiry and was able to see me within the week. When we met, I felt that he was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent around an hour with me answering all of my ...questions and assured me of a positive outcome. I felt that his assurance was based on my situation and his objective review of the details as opposed to just wanting me to feel better. Mr. Abrams's advice and answers were right on the money which of course is the most important part of the equation. He was also available after our consultation to answer additional questions.
