I chose Jim to represent me in a case of unresolved work place harassment. He did a tremendous job at relaying my concerns and resolving the issues. He kept me informed on the current issues of the case, and guided me through processes. He provided me with valuable information on how to handle situat...ions when he could not be present, and he was very punctual in regards to returning phone calls and emails.
