I set up a consult with JIM. Although on his website it says the Consultation is free. I met him at his home office and paid him $260 to speak about my case. Jim spent the entire time (1 hour) typing on his computer and didn't look over any of my case. I still thought I was going to move forward ...with him , Just needed to speak with my spouse about the options. Jim apparently was offended that I didn't sign his contract immediately so he booked another case then emailed me telling me he would no longer represent me. (this is all in less than 24 hours.) JIM STOLE $260 FROM ME AFTER HEARING THE TERRIBLE FINANCIAL SITUATION I WAS IN. He lied about being willing to take my case.
