Mr. Abrams is one of the most caring and professional people I have ever had the good fortune to meet and work with. Mr. Abrams went above and beyond to protect my professional career which was in jeopardy due to a very, shall I say, extremely unprofessional person who was attempting to have me char...ged with an offense that I was totally innocent of. Mr. Abrams has worked extremely diligently and in a steadfast manner that I would highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a falsely accused situation. And I will also say that Mr. Abrams has a personality that is overwhelmingly confident and truly makes you feel that you are going to make it through whatever terrible situation that you find yourself thrust into. Mr. Abrams has saved not only my professional career but my family as well, as this situation has proven to be extremely stressful for all concerned. I recommend him highly.

I was the President of a Human Resources Company and I was searching for an attorney to help with a labor issue. I recently had a conversation with a friend who owned a large oil and gas company about a similar issue he just completed. I asked him to recommend his attorney and instead he said "I wish... I had the guy on the other side. He destroyed our attorney team. Here's his number." I then engaged Jim Abrams and had a very successful outcome. That was 6 years ago and I have used Jim's services multiple times since then all with similar results. When you have a dispute, especially in a David vs Goliath situation, you want an attorney who is experienced and knowledgeable but is also willing to go for the jugular when needed. Jim is just that - I have seen the velvet hammer as well as the sledgehammer and I highly recommend his services.

I set up a consult with JIM. Although on his website it says the Consultation is free. I met him at his home office and paid him $260 to speak about my case. Jim spent the entire time (1 hour) typing on his computer and didn't look over any of my case. I still thought I was going to move forward ...with him , Just needed to speak with my spouse about the options. Jim apparently was offended that I didn't sign his contract immediately so he booked another case then emailed me telling me he would no longer represent me. (this is all in less than 24 hours.) JIM STOLE $260 FROM ME AFTER HEARING THE TERRIBLE FINANCIAL SITUATION I WAS IN. He lied about being willing to take my case. THIS MAN WILL MISLEAD YOU ABOUT WHO HE IS AND WHAT HES WILLING TO DO FOR YOU.

I sought counsel from Jim Abrams for an employment problem. I must say that I hesitated based on one review amongst dozens of exceptional ones. I asked Mr. Abrams about this and he explained that, while he has not identified the individual trying to hurt him, there are attorneys who have experienced ...similar attacks after declining a case or advising a potential client that their case is not one of interest to the attorney. Mr. Abrams explained that while he had not confirmed the identity of the author, he did have one potential client that he recently declined to represent. That client was intoxicated when he spoke to Mr. Abrams. There were other attributes concerning that person which he could not share. As for my experience, it was an 11 on a 10 scale. I followed his advice and as a result, am transitioning from a difficult employer to a place where I know I will be happy and able to sleep at night with a separation from my last employment that was not unpleasant.. I am grateful that I found Jim Abrams. And, Mr. Abrams did not request that I write this review. I asked him if could before sharing my experience.
