Jim provided outstanding counsel, guidance and support when I was terminated. I was freaking out when I received a letter from unemployment saying I owed over 20,000$ I called Jim and right away after hearing my story he took my case. I was high risk I am a stay at home mom and have limited income. I was in tears I was so scared. Jim spoke to me on the phone and told me we had... a hearing in a couple of weeks. The day came, I couldn't stop crying. He was very re assuring and told me exactly what to say and do. I felt confident that things were going to be ok. The hearing began..I still was crying.. Jim continued to re assure me things would be ok. ( it's nice to know he is a caring person and does not look at you as a bad person) the hearing was over. And I had to wait two weeks for an answer. I finally got it in the mail....Thank you God!!! Thank you Jim for helping me through all this. It was all dismissed and I owed nothing.
