In 2010 I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from a dealership in Boulder. Over the course of eighteen months my CPO vehicle malfunctioned mechanically and electrically over a dozen times resulting in anxiety about my safety while driving this vehicle, as well as ...inconveniencing both my personal and professional life and schedule. All be it long overdue, the day finally came when I came to the conclusion that there was something inherently wrong with this vehicle, something that could not be fixed. This letter was expertly written and came to multiple, logical conclusions regarding this CPO vehicle that there was nothing that could be said by them against his arguments. Within two weeks from the letter being sent out I had the attention of the State of Colorado Department of Revenue as well as the apologies of the Service Manager and the owner, but more importantly I had a swift and very acceptable resolution to my problem, which was the complete repurchase of this vehicle from myself by BMW North America. Mr. Abrams was solely responsible for lifting the financial and emotional burden this vehicle had on my life. I can call myself one of the many people that asks themselves, "why did I wait so long to call a lawyer?" I will not make that mistake again. Mr. Abrams is a competent and caring professional. I am very glad to have on the list of people I can call should I find myself in a bind. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
