Consultation
Jim represented me in a case where I was terribly mistreated. There were accidents that were not my fault. I was injured. The employer let me go but it did provide me more wages and benefits after Jim entered the picture. Even after my consultation had ended, Jim guided me without charge.

Great coaching, got me a better severance agreement
Jim was easy to chat with, and he understood employment law pretty well. He coached me through what negotiation looks like in cases like these, and he was well worth his fee relative to what I got from negotiating the terms of my severance agreement with my former employer.
