J. Randell Stevens

I am very happy with the outcome of my case, he was prompt, kind and kept me informed about what was happening. I felt that I was "not just a number", I was expecting a long day and Mr. Stevens got me out of there in record time and with no grief from the court. I have only been issued a citation four times in my life and am a senior citizen. This one, the officer was sitting at the top of a fairly steep hill, for which most people would be pressing the accelerator somewhat to climb. My ticket was for something like 45 in a 35 mph zone. I do not feel I am... an irresponsible driver. However, Mr. Randell was referred to me, and I was immediately sent Information with a map as to instructions for my court date. That date was reset, and I received a call from his office notifying me in plenty of time to adjust my calendar. Another letter was then sent as before. I called his office for parking instructions and the assistant was very helpful, informative, and pleasant. Mr. Stevens met me in the Courtroom after the names had been called to give me instructions and to answer my questions as to what would happen next. My case was dismissed and I was back home in under two hours from arrival. I received a follow-up letter informing me that my case was dismissed from his office in addition to the notification given me in the Courtroom. I would highly recommend Mr. Stevens...very efficient, informative, and effective!

Since I have lived in the city of Dallas (6 yrs) I have come across so many speed zones and school crossings I would have never guessed would be there. I have had 6 tickets in one yr, gone into warrents and they were all taken care of by Mr Stevens :) I was just cleared of my 7th ticket recently. T...hank you. I am watching speed zones and school zones now but I would def recommend this attorney to anyone serious about what they need done. He has also taken care of my sons ticket.
