As the founder of Daley Disability Law, Frederick J. Daley, Jr. represents clients in Chicago, Evanston, the North Shore, Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. He focuses his practice in the area of Social Security and Railroad Disability Law and Vaccine Injury Law. The firm focuses also on Long-Term Disability.
Mr. Daley was first admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1973 and admitted to practice law in Illinois state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and federal district courts throughout the country.
During his tenure he has received numerous accolades. He has been ranked by his peers as an Illinois Super Lawyer in the area of Social Security Disability Law in 2005. Mr. Daley has also been ranked as a Top Ten Social Security Disability lawyer by Leading Lawyers Network every year since 2004 as well as receiving a Martindale-Hubble Client of Distinction Award 2015. In addition to his practice, Mr. Daley is active in a number of professional organizations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and the Chicago Bar Association's committee on Social Security law. He served on the board of directors for the National Association of Disability Representatives.
Committed to the betterment of his community, Mr. Daley takes part in charity and pro bono activities, including work with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. He has also worked with the Multiple Sclerosis Society
Mr. Daley is a 1973 graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, with a double major in political science and business administration.
