Outstanding professional and personal experiance!!!

Words could never fully express how much I appreciate and respect Phil Bareck for representing me in my worker's comp case. I sustained injuries due to a fall, which ended up requiring 3 different surgeries and a long (just under) 3-year process. Phil and his entire staff were absolutely amazing fr...om start to finish. I felt supported professionally and personally. On a professional level, Phil kept me well-informed and explained the legal process every step of the way. He took the time to make sure I fully understood everything that was happening, as it happened, and never hesitated to advocate for me when it was needed. On a personal level, Phil and his team showed me 100% sincere compassion for what i was going through. Phil understood fully that the injury i sustained while on the job created incredibly difficult circumstances for me physically, emotionally, and financially. Phil and his staff check in with me following each of my 3 surgeries, and routinely checked in on me to ask how I was holding up,and if there was any encouragement or guidance they could offer. I hired Phil to represent me and I am more than satisfied with the quality of service he delivered. It's not an exaggeration to state that Phil's efforts and work went far above and beyond what I ever expected. Work Related Injury

In 2007 I sustained a work related injury and retained Attny Bareck to represent me with my employer. This was the first time that I needed an attorney for any legal matters. I didn’t know what to expect, however, after meeting Attny Bareck for the first time I knew he was the right person to handl...e my case. Attny Bareck explained the legal process and what to expect during this case. His experience, knowledge of the law and compassion for me as a client where proven to be true and sincere. Attny Bareck never neglected me or my case. He was always available to speak with me personally. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case, because he always kept me up to date with the status of my case. There was several times where my employer tried to make things difficult for me such as stopping my weekly compensation or paying for medically necessary treatments. With no hesitation Attny Bareck was able to address these issues promptly with a resolution in my favor. If I ever need the assistance of an Attorney in the future, Attorney Bareck will be my only choice. I have and will continue to recommend Attorney Bareck to anyone that needs legal counsel, he has the legal knowledge, expertise and compassion individuals need when facing legal issues. Great Work Comp Lawyer

Phil went over and beyond to get me the settlement he thought I should receive. Everytime I had a question or a problem he responded and answered or took care of any issues I had. I would highly recommend Phil to anybody who is needing a lawyer to get them the best results and the best settlement for... his client. Excellant Lawyer

I had Philip Bareck a few years ago when I fell at work and broke two ribs and my employer denied me workers comp. They also took my sick time away and made use other time to cover the days of work I missed. Not only did Philip win my case, he got them to give the days they took from me back to me.... He told me up front that it would take time and he kept me informed and updated me that the case was still waiting to be heard. It did take awhile, but the end result was he won my case. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone fighting their right to workers comp.
