tenant/landlord dispute

We had an issue with our landlord not taking care of repairs that needed to be done. The water heater was leaking and had caused mold damage in one of the rooms of the house. I had informed the landlord of the issue, but nothing was being done about it. I spoke to Mr Litvinov about what our rights as... tenants are and what we could do about the problem. He was very attentive to the issue and got it resolved in a timely manner and kept me informed through the process. I can't thank him enough.
