howard sklar represented me in a post matrimonial matter. at the heart of the case, was the life of a non-verbal autistic boy. I was looking to block my opposition from placing the boy in a residential school, (and eventually seeking custody). opposition counsel had a pension and history of underh...anded manoeuvres and smear tactics, so what did howard do? he informs opposing counsel of his impending travel plans, (just prior to the hearing over my son), and opposing counsel files a bunch of bogus temp restraining orders, and my son gets sandbagged. it was a horror show, he didnt even lift a finger to call the court and have it postponed. he refused to give me my case papers, and it turns out after he was no longer representing me, was still communicating w/ the opposing counsel!! why? so that we'd have to pay him more money to fight all the motions that he tipped them off to file.
