Howard Skylar retainer/ No show for court
Howard Skylar Was Retained on 9/1/2012 for a supreme court matter . He was paid a retainer of Thirty five hundred dollars. He was a now show for the second court apperance and was suspended in November of 2012. I am not able to get intouch with anyone . Many messages have been left on his cell phone ...
