This case involves a motorcycle v. 18 wheeler big rig collision that occurred in Ventura when a big rig made a right turn causing its rear wheels to "off-track", colliding with my client riding a Harle ... y. The insurance company claimed no liability, saying that my client was riding too close to the semi-truck and was inattentive. Through forensic engineering analysis and after extensive litigation, the case was resolved for $500,000.
