Excellent Service

Our bankruptcy experience with Heather Culp and her assistant Cindy Baker was extremely smooth and positive. They both worked hard on my behalf. They explained the process thoroughly and without making me feel dumb(which I really appreciate since bankruptcy is complicated). I'm very happy I found Hea...ther Culp and Cindy Baker, their knowledge and humanity are extensive.

Amazing!

There are not enough good words to describe my experience with Heather Culp. She is a fantastic and knowledgeable bankruptcy attorney. Not only is she great at what she does, the level of care and compassion she demonstrated was unsurpassed. She has given me a fresh financial start and it has changed... my life. She is truly a godsend!

Heather Culp will get you through it!

My journey with Heather Culp began in February 2015. I scheduled a consultation with Heather to learn about Bankruptcy and to see what my options were at the time. Heather highly recommended I file for bankruptcy, but for many reasons of my own, I just wasn't ready. Knowing now what I didn't know ...then, I should have listened to Heather right then and there. Eventually, I came to terms with the fact that filing for bankruptcy was truly my only option. So the second leg of my journey with Heather and Cindy Baker, Heather's paralegal, began in January 2016. My case turned out to be one with many, many moving parts which made it much more time consuming than a more cut and dry case. For me it was an emotional roller coaster - one I was ready to get off as soon as possible. Heather and Cindy provided me with excellent guidance and true understanding throughout the whole process. Because my case was so out of the ordinary, it took longer to get my discharge. However, with Heather and Cindy's hard work and attention to detail, we finally made it to the end. Thanks to them I am able to start 2017 with a clean slate. It's a great feeling of relief and a fortunate opportunity to get back on my feet. If you are considering filing for bankruptcy, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with Heather. She will provide you with everything you need to make an educated decision and if you should decide to file, she and Cindy will get you through it in a very professional manner. Best of luck to you!

Highest recommendations!

Heather Culp and her legal assistant Cindy Baker made the entire process of filing and surviving bankruptcy less of a nightmare than it could have been. Heather offered great advice during our initial consultation, and walked us through every step of the process from start to finish. She and Cindy ...were always available to us when any questions and or problems arose, and took care of every detail for us from the get go, so we were confidant that everything would be ok once we followed their instructions. You won't regret retaining Heather Culp!
