Your in good hands with Heather!

Another company may use this motto, but when you are searching for some one that you can trust with your personal business at a time of stress and confusion, Heather is truly the one you can turn your legal matters to. Once you meet with her you will have peace of mind and knowing your in "good hands...." You will find that her assistant Cindy and Heather are experienced, professionals, that will walk you through the difficult legal process, keeping you informed, guiding you, and taking you to the finish line of the long journey you've been on. Our case was a very difficult one and one that we could not have placed into the hands of just any attorney. Heather got the job done and we now are on a better road, with a new start and bright future ahead.

Confident, Detailed, Effective & Professional all while being compassionate

For us having to go through bankruptcy Ch 7 was in short an emotional roller coaster. But from the beginning til the final discharge Heather and her paralegal Cindy kept us assured that we would be alright. Heather and Cindy are very detailed and professional in their field. They left no stone uncov...ered and communicated clearly (in laymen terms), the information we needed and what information that was needed from us. As stated in the start bankruptcy is an emotional decision but with Heather Culp you can have confidence in her representation.

Thorough and dependable

Heather was great to work with. She returned calls promptly and made herself available to us through some difficult situations we encountered along the way. she was knowledgable and extremely dedicated to our case. We would recommend her to anyone going through a similar, difficult situation.

LIFE SAVER

Heather helped my husband and I through a slightly complicated bankruptcy. We were always treated with respect, warmth and honesty. She went above and beyond to respond to our concerns and at times hold our hands and offer friendly advice. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and can deliver the "ba...d news" in a compassionate way. She was also very helpful as other legal issues arose and referred us to colleagues for matters outside her circle. She truly is an exceptional lawyer!

Outstanding Experience

From the first consultation I knew I'd found a lawyer I could trust to give me solid, professional advice. Heather feels like family and genuinely cared about me, and my situation. The entire process moved along seamlessly. There was an unforeseen, last-minute snag at my hearing, which Heather han...dle with perfection. Months after my case was discharged, I experienced a health scare, and to my surprise, Heather and her staff took the time to check on me to see how I was and send her genuine good wishes. In todays culture, its rare to find a lawyer with genuine compassion for their clients welfare. Less than a year after my case was discharged, my life, career, and finances improved and I owe a great deal of that to Heather and her team of professionals.
