I was in a horrific car accident last summer, I had accidentally went through a red light causing significant damage to another car, however It was just that, an accident, but I was treated and charged like a criminal that intentionally blew through a light! I fully expected to get a careless driving, because it was , but being charged with reckless driving and facing jail time I was horrified.
