Will and Trust Documents

My husband and I contacted Greg Garner to update our wills and to create a trust for our family. While at our initial appointment he took us through the entire process making it easy and straight forward. When we went back to review and sign the documents just a week later the documents were exactly ...as we wanted as per our discussions and Mr. Garner also provided us with other documents we would need but did not know to request including a powers of attorney and living wills. The overall process to update our wills and create a trust exceeded our expectations.

I could have not been more pleased and satisfied with my experience with Greg, other partners and support staff at Shipley Law in Mount Dora, FL. His expert and considered advice helped me through the emotional and financial stress of a personal bankruptcy and foreclosure. He made sure I was totally... informed at all times of the various timelines of what to expect, when to expect it, and all possible ramifications of the various scenarios. I would highly recommend his and his firm's services.

Excellent Guidance and Rerpresentation

Greg Garner re-wrote all of our legal documents, wills, POAs, surrogate representative, DNRs, etc. He provided excellent legal guidance and answered many legal questions. I highly recommend him for your legal needs.

Hardworking, Aggressive Representation

I hired Greg for a Probate Litigation case. UNLIKE many other attorneys, I found him easy to reach and easy to deal with. He is professional and knowledgeable and a very diligent and thorough researcher of case law. I also found him to be very caring and personable, and as committed and invested ...in my case, as I was. I never felt like I was "just another number". I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future, since he is well rounded in other areas of the law as well. I expect him to have a long and promising career ahead of him!
