Best Attorney In Cobb County

Grady Moore was an exceptional, professional, and caring attorney. He was also very responsive and made sure my needs were met as a client. He gets the best results for his clients and you can tell he really cares to listen and help. If I am ever in a situation where I may need him (hopefully not), h...e will be the first person I contact. He is reliable, patient, and achieves quality results! Highly recommend!!!

Cobb County Felony Case

We had been working with another attorney for about 5 or so months and my son's case languished. The DA had offered up a plea deal that was seemed excessive. The attorney felt my son should take a non negotiated plea when the evidence did not support that. In addition, they wrote a very poor brief... for dismissal of evidence. After the attorney said, "just take the plea I don't have time for this..." we cut ties and signed with Grady. From the first conversation we realized the difference. In that first discovery call he listened intently, provided guidance and did not make any promise other than to do his best on the case. He presented a few facts on why he was the right attorney for my son, but not in a salesy way - just the facts. He understood that it was about outcome mitigation not promising that he would get off with no time served. Once hired, he kept in communication, provided guidance, was well spoken in court, wrote an outstanding brief and deftly negotiated the best deal possible for my son. During this whole process we felt that he really cared as to the outcome of the case for my son's sake. He took the time to visit my son, listen to his ideas, provide logical suggestions and co-work a strategy to mitigate what could have been a truly unjustified judgement. He made the best of a bad situation. If you are looking for an attorney he is the right guy to have fighting for you - especially in Cobb County as he has a thorough understanding of the judicial landscape for the county - judges, DA's, jurisdictions, jail etc. I highly recommend.
