We had been working with another attorney for about 5 or so months and my son's case languished. The DA had offered up a plea deal that was seemed excessive. The attorney felt my son should take a non negotiated plea when the evidence did not support that. In addition, they wrote a very poor brief... for dismissal of evidence. After the attorney said, "just take the plea I don't have time for this..." we cut ties and signed with Grady. From the first conversation we realized the difference. In that first discovery call he listened intently, provided guidance and did not make any promise other than to do his best on the case. He presented a few facts on why he was the right attorney for my son, but not in a salesy way - just the facts.
