I'm not the guy that writes reviews but in this case I'll make an exception. I've been involved in the most heinous of divorces for the last 3 years. Spending thousands of dollars and more turmoil than I thought I (or anyone else) could handle. I went through several attorneys and more court appeara...nces than I can count. 14 contempt of court charges that had zero basis yet there I was in front of a judge again. Yes, my ex is "that" person. She used the courts as a weapon and tool to persecute and punish me for leaving her, using every dirty trick and loophole possible. Until I met Genevieve Hall. Mrs. Hall came onto the scene like a true warrior. Her experience and ability to handle the most crazy circumstances was epic. Not only did she defuse the situation but she took the power away from my ex and went on the offensive. I went from being victimized to taking control of the situation. From pleading my innocence before a judge almost monthly to watching them have to answer for extremely unacceptable behavior. The greatest feeling was hearing the judge find my ex in contempt and realizing that my lawyer was showing everyone that my ex was the one causing the problems. Finally my son and I had a voice. I mean let's face it, men go into family court at a disadvantage. That may not be a very political correct thing to say but it's unfortunately very true. If your ex is female and has a good lawyer then as a man you better except that your in for a tough ride. Unless you have Genevieve Hall as a lawyer. She is painfully honest and tenacious as a pitbull. My ex couldn't get anything past Genevieve and for the first time in 3 years had to answer (in front of the judge) for reprehensible behavior. All of my court cases are over now and for the first time in so many years there isn't anything even pending. My new wife and I can finally focus on us and our family without that storm cloud always looming overhead and it's all because of the intelligence, integrity, tenacity and just plain toughness of my lawyer. She was more than just a lawyer. She really cares and you can tell by the way she takes care of her clients. When you need a lawyer you don't need anything else. Take some advise from a guy who's been through the worst case scenarios on a limited budget. No one will fight for you like Mrs. Hall.

I went through several attorneys before I was blessed with Ms. Hall. I am at a loss of words trying to describe just how valuable and outstanding she is as both a person and lawyer. Without hesitation she has been there to support me legally and guide me along the judicial process for my particular c...ase. Professionally speaking, she's a woman of her word and does what she says and I would personally, ecstatically, and emphatically recommend her to any person in need of law practice in the state of FL. Personally, as someone who struggles with emotions dealing with the court system, she has been there in reassurance during the process. Any law firm and/or customer able to retain her service would be blessed and should count themselves lucky to have her. Again, I can't say thank you enough for all your assistance with my personal legal issues. I appreciate all you have done and will do. I have gone through approximately four different lawyers trying to rectify family court issues and none of them were able to do what she's accomplished for me. If you're searching for a lawyer who cares and will fight for you and not take your money on games, SHE IS THE LAWYER YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.
