I was in need of an attorney for a divorce and after i searching for law firms specializing in family law, i settled on the one that i was lucky enough to have chosen. i was offered a free consultation and when i arrived i was introduced to Genevieve Hall. After speaking with Ms Hall i was convinced ...that she would be the attorney i hired in my case. She was professional, kind and understood just how difficult this was for me and she gave me a few things to begin to do in preparation of the case. She immediately jumped into the work and kept me informed of the statutes and calmed my fears due to my ignorance of this situation. I have two young children that were affected by this and i was worried about how the custody would be determined, child support calculated and whether i could even expect a fair outcome. Ms Hall was confident in her ability which helped me immensely, and as the case advanced she would tell me step by step what was going on. From drafting and modifying the divorce agreement to the final judgement, she was always professional and informative. the outcome was better than i expected and her professionalism, i felt, was what kept the peace between us and the opposing party while her tenacity ensured a favorable conclusion. I hope i never have to see her again but if i ever have to hire an attorney in her field of practice she will be who i hire without fail

I'm not the guy that writes reviews but in this case I'll make an exception. I've been involved in the most heinous of divorces for the last 3 years. Spending thousands of dollars and more turmoil than I thought I (or anyone else) could handle. I went through several attorneys and more court appeara...nces than I can count. 14 contempt of court charges that had zero basis yet there I was in front of a judge again. Yes, my ex is "that" person. She used the courts as a weapon and tool to persecute and punish me for leaving her, using every dirty trick and loophole possible. Until I met Genevieve Hall. Mrs. Hall came onto the scene like a true warrior. Her experience and ability to handle the most crazy circumstances was epic. Not only did she defuse the situation but she took the power away from my ex and went on the offensive. I went from being victimized to taking control of the situation. From pleading my innocence before a judge almost monthly to watching them have to answer for extremely unacceptable behavior. The greatest feeling was hearing the judge find my ex in contempt and realizing that my lawyer was showing everyone that my ex was the one causing the problems. Finally my son and I had a voice. I mean let's face it, men go into family court at a disadvantage. That may not be a very political correct thing to say but it's unfortunately very true. If your ex is female and has a good lawyer then as a man you better except that your in for a tough ride. Unless you have Genevieve Hall as a lawyer. She is painfully honest and tenacious as a pitbull. My ex couldn't get anything past Genevieve and for the first time in 3 years had to answer (in front of the judge) for reprehensible behavior. All of my court cases are over now and for the first time in so many years there isn't anything even pending. My new wife and I can finally focus on us and our family without that storm cloud always looming overhead and it's all because of the intelligence, integrity, tenacity and just plain toughness of my lawyer. She was more than just a lawyer. She really cares and you can tell by the way she takes care of her clients. When you need a lawyer you don't need anything else. Take some advise from a guy who's been through the worst case scenarios on a limited budget. No one will fight for you like Mrs. Hall.

Ms. Hall is a true professional and a master of her craft. From the very beginning she was understanding and showed compassion for my messed up situation. In less than 2 months my divorce was final as a result of her amazing skill set during mediation, which kept me from having to endure a lengthy an...d tedious expensive trial. What's more, I was able to immediately start visitation with my 1 1/2 yr. old daughter who my ex-wife was keeping from me. My ex-wife was going for my financial jugular and Ms. Hall put a stop to that. I was able to retain all of my work related financial benefits. Ms. Hall was very affordable and did not take advantage of me financially. Ms. Hall worked fast and very efficiently. I would recommend her over any attorney and I have had attorneys in the past. I went through several attorneys before I was blessed with Ms. Hall. I am at a loss of words trying to describe just how valuable and outstanding she is as both a person and lawyer. Without hesitation she has been there to support me legally and guide me along the judicial process for my particular c...ase.
