I hired this so called "attorney" a few months ago to help evict some tenants I had who did not pay and kept making excuses. He said he will take care of the matter quickly. But in reality, Garry was unreachable when I needed to talk to him and when I did talk to him, he kept lying\stalling about doi...ng anything. I would definitely NOT hire him again. Eventually I went to a different attorney who took care of the problem. I learned there are many better attorneys out there.

Once I finally reached him, Garry provided a knowledgeable overview of the issue at hand. However, he must hardly ever check his email or voicemail because it takes an average of two phone calls, two emails, and five days (combined) to elicit a response. I've spent the past six days waiting to hear a... response to a followup message I sent him only to find out that he cannot work on my case, so now I am stuck without an attorney at a sensitive time. While I understand how this can happen, his latest response was also curt and rude in addition to being unhelpful, so I'm ultimately regretting reaching out to him in the first place.

I have been using Garry as my attorney for the past year. He provided me with peace of mind and performed with excellent, quality work dealing with difficult tenants. His guidance and his field of expertise in landlord/tenant disputes has resulted in outstanding results that were way beyond my expe...ctations. Couldn't be happier, even when it's time to evict a tenant!

Great lawyer. I'd highly recommend Garry if you're having a landlord-tenant issue. My case was a complicated issue with a rent-stabilized tenant. I filed the 30 day notice myself, but wanted a lawyer to handle the holdover. I first went to another law firm, but they just took a deposit ($300) and... did nothing for two weeks. I took my file and hired Garry through a referral, and he literally filed the petition the next day! He's definitely one of the better lawyers I've worked with.
