Remarkable negotiator

Garry did great work, at a very reasonable rate, handling what was a very loaded situation for me, with many extenuating circumstances. There was no issue with my paying rent, the landlord said he wanted the apartment for a relative. My health problems made moving very difficult. Garry negotiated a g...enerous amount of time for me to relocate. As a plus, I am now in a much better apartment as a result. Thank you so much, Garry, you're a champ.

Tenant assistance with buyout

The building was/is under contract and the owners were not being honest regarding the situation. Attorney answered all questions and assisted with problems that developed. He always returned phone calls and made sure the money promised was received.

Very knowledgeable Landlord Attorney!

Great lawyer! Brought my tenants to court within a week.

Great lawyer. I'd highly recommend Garry if you're having a landlord-tenant issue. My case was a complicated issue with a rent-stabilized tenant. I filed the 30 day notice myself, but wanted a lawyer to handle the holdover. I first went to another law firm, but they just took a deposit ($300) and... did nothing for two weeks. I took my file and hired Garry through a referral, and he literally filed the petition the next day! He's definitely one of the better lawyers I've worked with.
