All Counties Delivery, Inc., a courier company on the Central Coast of California, has engaged Mr. Young as our in-house counsel and business consultant. We needed help with developing an overall operations structure that would encompass, employment policies and training; contractual matters; re...gulatory issues; and collection efforts. Mr. Young’s efforts resulted in reducing expenses, streamlining business processes, and maximizing revenue. He produced an employee manual and updated the company’s employment, vendor, and service agreements. Frank’s marketing campaign, introduced All Counties Delivery as a viable competitor for governmental bids, and successfully facilitated several RFPs. Most importantly, Mr. Young’s was instrumental in enabling my wife and me to reach our goal of selling the company and retire. We had no idea of how to prepare the company for sale. We wanted our company to become attractive for purchase within two years. Mr. Young’s experience, hard work and caring attitude, totally respecting our concerns for our customers and employees, enabled us to reach our goal far sooner than anticipated, as the company has been acquired by way of merger by a larger entity. He lead the due diligence process, as well as preparing and reviewing the necessary contracts related to the merger. Mr. Young oversaw the transferring of employees from one company to the other, training employees, reviewing financial reports, and initiating a re-branding campaign. In short, Mr. Young’s experience and effort enabled us to achieve our goal. We knew how to run a courier company. We had no idea of how to sell a courier company. All Counties Delivery began in 1995. Many of our customers have been with us for 15 years or more. Some employees have 10 or more years with us so there was a lot of emotion involved in this transaction. Frank took these concerns as his own and made it all come together.
