I was referred to Mr. Powell for a tenant eviction. He not only served them and filed the eviction but he stayed on top of the case giving my weekly updates going through the Covid eviction ban. We engaged him for a property eviction. After months and month of doing nothing we had to fire him. He kept my money like the awful person he is despite not doing anything. Stay far far away unless you want to burn your money away. He is lazy and useless. I would have been better off just burning my... money not to mention the lost money in eviction costs and time in lost rent.
