This wasn't his first rodeo

Mr Pagan had knowledge and experience when it came to my case. The outcome was exactly like he explained it to me in advance. No surprises. 5 stars for superior service. I highly recommend him if he is a candidate you are considering. Thank you Mr. Pagan

NagraStar

Tony made a difficult problem seem very simple. He showed great experience and knowledge in handling my case. He was honest and upfront with this situation and how previous cases were settled. He made a stressful experience very calm. He has the perfect client handling attitude. I would use him ag...ain in a heartbeat.

TV Time

Tony made several phone calls because my case was more difficult than most. He spent about an hour on the phone with me before I decided to retain him. He seemed more knowledgeable about the TV laws. It is sad that a huge company can use as evidence a simple question on a public forum in 2003, 15 yea...rs ago. The strangest thing is it was not even me that wrote the question. One of my installers always looks on the internet. They listed another 5 web sites or e-mail addresses that I have never heard of. Bottom line they are full of it but it would cost much more to prove my innocence than to pay their extorsion. One big company says I stole their copyrighted material but as far as I know they don't even sell the NFL ticket. Use a VPN for safety and encryption. One subscription allows you to protect 10 devices on your account. Identity theft is a big problem and this helps a lot. Don't write on any forum in the USA. Don't post anything on social media. These letters are highway robbery without a gun. They don't have to prove guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Statute of limitation in some states only has a 6 year statute of limitation for 2nd degree murder but these jokers are going back 15 years for tv. Why won't the 2 biggest companies selling this equipment and programming get sued? They still sell this equipment today. Are they afraid to sue someone who can afford to fight their team of TV attorneys. They found a loophole and are busy mailing these letters knowing they can usually get at least close to $3,500. I spend $20 per month for cable so if you pay the full amount of $3,500 that would be 175 months worth or 14.58 years. I see some millionaires paying $150-$200 per month. $3,500 or up to 17.5 months I have never paid for extras like HBO etc. They show 40 year old movies and ridiculously stupid series about dead people killing each other over and over again. I thought once you died you could no longer walk around killing other dead people etc.
