Linda Derosier Schoonover

Linda Schoonover has represented us twice, once in a juvenile dependency case and then in the legal custody case involving our grandson, the son of the the daugher involved in the dependency case. She has responded promptly to all questions, given correct advice, and prepared us for the court hearin...g. She has now been elected to serve on the Circuit Court and will do an excellent job.

Linda and her staff did a great job keeping me informed and advising me of my legal rights. She always made an effort to smooth out matters with opposing council as best as she could during a tumultuous divorce, preventing an expensive litigation. She was, however, prepared and qualified to litigat...e if necessary, which I think really helps to settle a case with a reasonable outcome.
