Fankai Tseng

Fankai has helped me on my cases for permanent residency and now citizenship for the past year and half. He is incredibly competent and knowledgeable with the nuts and bolts of immigration law (which isn't always easy to keep track of). He is a great teacher- patiently answering my anxiety-ridden qu...estions/concerns with relevant details and simple clarity. He sheds insights on the mysteries of USCIS's logistical and cultural penchants- what to expect, what not to expect, what to do, what not to do- all of which I found very empowering. Fankai is professional, friendly, patient, kind, and unbelievably humane. More importantly, this lawyer knows his stuff. He's definitely the man to help you navigate the maze that is USCIS.

We had two other lawyers who were not as effective as Mr. Tseng. He was able to fix what the other two lawyers had messed up in my case. My husband is American citizen and Funkai helped me get my EAC and made it easier to get my green card later when I moved. I am sure as Funkai has more cases... his score will be much higher as he helps more people with their immigration issues and they realize what a great lawyer Funkai truly is. He was very effective in solving my complicated problem with USCIS. He is very easy to work with and shows respect to you.

He is very nice person, who represents my immigration case. He is very responsible, patient when helping me to analyse and explain things from the first consultation, even though i may not understand things straight away.
