Fankai Tseng

Fankai has helped me on my cases for permanent residency and now citizenship for the past year and half. He is incredibly competent and knowledgeable with the nuts and bolts of immigration law (which isn't always easy to keep track of). He is a great teacher- patiently answering my anxiety-ridden qu...estions/concerns with relevant details and simple clarity. He sheds insights on the mysteries of USCIS's logistical and cultural penchants- what to expect, what not to expect, what to do, what not to do- all of which I found very empowering. We had two other lawyers who were not as effective as Mr. Tseng. He was able to fix what the other two lawyers had messed up in my case. My husband is American citizen and Funkai helped me get my EAC and made it easier to get my green card later when I moved. I am sure as Funkai has more cases... his score will be much higher as he helps more people with their immigration issues and they realize what a great lawyer Funkai truly is.
