The judicial process can be very complicated to understand and the rules of the court can easily place a plaintiff or defendant on the wrong course. I hired Attorney Jacobson to represent me in a family matter. Attorney Jacobson met with me for pre-trial preparation. We discussed a plan A and plan B ...meticulously. She listened very intently. I wanted to make absolutely sure that at no point my rights would be violated should the case cone to trial, often times rights can be violated inadvertently or as a means for opposing counsel to gain an advantage.
