She took her time to make sure I understood every detail of what to expect during the trial. Attorney Jacobson took/ responded to all my calls and emails (even on her days off). I never felt rushed by her. My trial was a bit long and pushed back due to the other party and his lawyer not wanting to compromise, and also covid being in affect and everywhere went on lockdown, but that did not stopped attorney Jacobson at all. Although we were unable to meet in the office to go over paper work, she would FaceTime/WhatsApp me to explain every piece of paperwork that I would need to sign or go over. I trusted ever bit of her judgment and I went on virtual trial feeling relaxed and confident.
