I went out on a wing hired Eva at the 11th hour for a divorce that should have been straight forward but was very painfully drawn out. I would have been very unfairly gouged had I not switched to her. With no time to prepare she managed to get everything compiled and got my case back on track and acr...oss the final hurdles! I cannot give enough praise about her communication which was top notch, prompt, and consistent. Now only was I told why certain things were needed but also why they were important. I was treated with respect despite my complete lack of knowledge of the law. I was kept informed of all developments nearly as they happened and if I needed to reach out to her it was always painless to do so. There was never any nonsense and she told everything to me straight. Unlike my previous attorney I could easily tell that she was working very diligently in the background all the time. (Often times even late at night which I still feel bad about!) I was impressed with not only the things that she caught that were previously missed or ignored but also her knowledge of the very small details in a divorce case that can make all the difference. She took her time to make sure I understood every detail of what to expect during the trial. Attorney Jacobson took/ responded to all my calls and emails (even on her days off). I never felt rushed by her. My trial was a bit long and pushed back due to the other party and his lawyer not wanting to compromise, and also covid being in affect and everywhere went on lockdown, but that did not stopped attorney Jacobson at all. Although we were unable to meet in the office to go over paper work, she would FaceTime/WhatsApp me to explain every piece of paperwork that I would need to sign or go over. I trusted ever bit of her judgment and I went on virtual trial feeling relaxed and confident. Don't let the pretty smile in her picture fool you, Attorney Jacobson is a professional "beast" in the courtroom (beast = Fighter).
