Eugene was such a pleasure to work with at a difficult time in my life. He understands that everyone goes through bad times. He does everything possible to put you at ease. I tend to worry a lot & Eugene would always respond quickly & not leave me hanging. I felt so fortunate to have found him. Kind,... patient & oh yeah, super smart! Outstanding Attorney with integrity, honesty and devotion

I had legal issues in PA after moving out of state. I spent many weeks contacting legal professionals in search of help. Eugene David Frank was the first and only attorney that treated me with respect, listened and researched my case. Mr. Frank has a real and honest devotion to truly help his clients.... High praises to this man who is in the business for the right reasons, to help because he truly cares.

Great Bankruptcy Attorney

I stumbled through a nasty divorce and Eugene kept me informed every step of the way with my bankruptcy proceedings. I really appreciated every thing he did then and even recently when I needed a copy of it! No questions asked, just all of mine answered!

When you need an attorney who listens to you - you need Eugene Frank

Yeah there are lawyers....and then there are lawyers that really do take the time to care - and really listen to you and about your situation. This is what both my husband and I have experienced with Eugene Frank. He truly helped us through one of the worst situations in our lives, dealing with a... very unreputable mortgage lender. I enjoyed dealing with an expert who talked to us - not down to us. Who fully explained all aspects of our situation and who was not afraid... "not to" sugarcoat ...an outcome. I am so happy to be able to post a review for him....he truly is deserving both as a wonderful Attorney and as a person. I know that you will enjoy the same level of confidence that both myself and my husband have found in him.
