Excellent Attorney!!!!

Attorney Eric A. von Hacker was hired by my son and honestly at first I wasn't sure if you could help out because my son got a very substantial speeding ticket and I wasn't sure of the Georgia laws it was his first ticket ever and he felt horrible never ever gotten over on 316 in Georgia that is a h...it to everyone it is po po Highway because of the Gwinnett County inn right off of 316 i& Buford Highway. We live very close to Buford Highway near Russell Ridge and you don't speed on Buford Highway either or you deserve that citation because there is not anytime you can drive down Buford Highway without seeing some form of law enforcement and I mean we get them all. Gwinnett Police Lawrenceville police other police departments and let's not forget Georgia State Patrol and if you need on 316 you need to mind your manners as well I will only go up to 62 if you're over 65 more than likely you're getting a ticket that speed limit is only 55 it's Gwinnett County's moneymaker back on track so he instructed my son to take two driving courses he really only needed to take one and this attorney explain to my son that if you took the extra class more than likely the judge would go a lot easier on him because he went above and beyond what the court would have asked of him anyways so let's just say hey he was doing any 72 in a 55 it might have even been 75 so attorney got the speed lowered and I guess it was lowered enough and with the classes my son took this ticket will never appear on his license and the insurance companies will never know about the speeding ticket are rates already through the roof due to car accidents. We are also going to use him as a personal injury attorney in one of those car accidents where this particular kiddo was knocked out and due to the severity of the concussion was out of school for a very long time. Personal injury is what he did for many years, I guess all that trial experience over the years in my opinion makes him very comfortable in front of any judge. He was very accessible to my son he spoke with Jon my son after he finished up in court and explained to him everything that took place and what he and the judge talked about .Attorney Eric A von Hacke put my extremely nervous son at ease. You should definitely meet with him to see how he can help you with your legal issues. I highly recommend this terrific Attorney and he is a nice person too.

Excellent Service

Good well done on my behalf from Mr. Hacke. He did not make promises that he could not keep. He was and is a straight shooter. He treated me respectfully and not as a dollar sign but as a real person who needed help. In all he got two of my charges dropped and my plea agreement reduced and I am ver...y relieved and satisfied with the results. He showed real concern not only for me but for my children as well. His fees were reasonable and fair and he earned every dime. He also was very prompt with getting in touch with me when needed. If I ever need help again I will definitely use Mr. Hacke . I highly recommend his services.

Great Consultant

Mr. von Hacke was great in assisting me with help on a situation where I had been taken advantage of by Ryder Corp. I wasn't charged a fee also. He took time out of his busy schedule to assist me with the information I needed. An is available for any questions I may have.

Name Change With No Problems

Eric handled the name change for my child that had some quirks. He went above and beyond to keep me informed and handle any problems that arose to prevent me from being inconvenienced. He was willing to work with me with payment arrangements and understood that a made a choice to pick him for leg...al representation and acted accordingly.

Great Lawyer
