Extremely efficient communications and methods

Excellent Service

Eric helped me with an expungement and I was extremely pleased with the service he provided. From the very beginning, he gave me all the information I needed and kept me updated every step of the way. He's friendly, very knowledgeable about the process, is well connected and was a great advocate for me throughout the expungement. Eric grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia and comes from a military family with his father having served in the United States Marine Corps for 30 years. Eric then moved to Indiana for college and has spent most of his professional career in Indiana. Eric is no longer taking clients as he is currently in the Staff Judge Advocate program with the United States Marine Corps.

Eric was previously a criminal defense attorney with Banks and Brower LLC., a multi-practice law firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He started with Banks and Brower LLC. as a Law Clerk in May 2014. He then transitioned to an Associate with the firm upon graduation from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and passage of the Indiana Bar Exam in 2016.

Prior to working at Banks and Brower LLC., Eric worked at the Marion County Public Defender’s Agency as a Law Clerk, the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office as a Legal Intern, and Dunnuck & Associates in Muncie, Indiana as a Legal Intern under now Muncie City Court Judge Amanda Dunnuck. Prior to law school, Eric received a Bachelors of Science degree from Ball State University, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Digital Forensics. This well-rounded background allows Eric a unique perspective for his clients.

In his time away from the office, Eric volunteers for habitat for humanity, the Butler-Tarkington Neighborhood Association, and is a licensed soccer trainer with Indy Premier Soccer Club.

Extremely efficient communications and methods

I recently hired Eric for a simple expungement case. He detailed the entire process to me down to the expected timelines and everything went as smoothly as could be. I know these processes require a ton of paperwork but a lot of it has been streamlined via online communications to minimize delays. Within a week or two, the whole matter was resolved and I couldn't be happier.

The perfect hire!

I hired Eric Harrison in the fall of 2019 and from the initial consultation until my case was over (ruled in my favor I might add), Eric was very thorough, professional, and obviously knows his stuff. Anytime I had a question or concern and contacted him he replied within 24 hours, most often the same day. If you need an attorney and are on the fence about who to hire I highly recommend Eric.

Reliable. Great communication. Issue resolved!

Working with Eric has been a dream come true. He was open and honest from our first conversation on about expectations and how the process would play out. It was after our first conversation I immediately felt comfortable and wanted to work with him. We were able to execute an early expungement of criminal records, something that a previous attorney I had consulted told me would not be possible. Always Available

I found myself in a spot and Mr. Harrison knew exactly what to do to. He was honest about the expectations and what to expect but still delivered what needed to be done. Great experience, wonderful lawyer.

I recently hired Eric for an expungement. The case was very tricky but Eric made sure that my situation had everything it needed to be resolved/expunged. He was very patient, responsive, kind, and willing to help in every way possible. The overall price was very reasonable considering the amount of time spent. Excellent attorney--would definitely recommend

Honest and Prompt

I consulted about 6 to 8 attorneys towards the top of the google listings and Eric was head and shoulders above each one. Instead of a price quote and a "i'll handle it" Eric took the time to fully explain the process and go into detail about who we would be dealing with and what the expected timeline would be. He even answers calls on weekends! If he was out of the office when I called he always answered same day and was knowledgeable about the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Attorney

Eric was excellent from day one when I met with him. He treated me with respect and dignity, he went over all of the details on how the process was going to work for my case. Great lawyer and great law firm

Banks and Banks was VERY responsive when we needed an attorney. They responded immediately to our email inquiry and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Great service and follow-up on License suspension and re-instatement fee cases

Eric, Was my attorney for several tickets received for driving while suspended and re-instatement fee's. He was able to resolve both issues and the misdemeanor pending charges, as well as have the re-instatement fee's waived. He did a great job and I would recommend his service.

Expungement

Eric Harrison worked my expungement case and did a wonderful job. Eric's is very professional and personable as well. This is the first time I have filed with the court to request an expungement and I knew nothing about how it worked. Eric was very kind when explaining the expungement process. He followed up on several occasions to ensure it was properly processed through the legal system. There were a couple of delays due to the court but Eric stayed on top of it each time until the delay was resolved. Eric also took the time to show me how to use the computer public access web sites to check the current status on my case. I would be glad to recommend Eric Harrison and his law firm to others. Thanks to Eric I had a very good experience throughout my legal process.
