Landlord & Tenant advice session
Attorney who contacted me gave very good advice and listened for the main concerns I had. Thank you

Tenant pain made slightly less painful.
Atty. Scott was very helpful with answering my questions and offering advice for resolving my concerns. She was to the point, but still personable. You can tell that she is very comfortable in this area of practice. I will definitely seek her help in the future. Thanks again!

Building Permit Issues
Ms. Scott responded promptly to my phone call and set up a meeting to discuss a citation received for construction without a permit. At our meeting she had a clear understanding of the circumstances, a knowledge of the permit process and steps I would need to take to prepare for the administrative hearing. Prior to the hearing we communicated easily and she responded quickly to emails and phone calls. Her presence at the hearing was invaluable and the outcome was very favorable and well worth the modest fee Ms. Scott charged.

An attorney with a heart
Attorney Scott responded to my Avvo post, and, subsequently, returned my call in regard to a dismissed foreclosure case. She recommended that I acted first to avoid having to legal fees for phone calls, and, if I need a counsel, she will be available. I truly believe that she is ethical, and will recommend her with no reservation.

Very Helpful
This is from a phone consult. Ms. Scott took out the time to answer all of my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and offered her services if needed, but actually encouraged me to do some of the work myself and offered resources! I only rated "good" because I have not yet worked with her in person. She was excellent over the phone and got right to the point of my concerns. If I need assistance in the future I will definitely use Attorney Scott.
